What holds you back from taking action?

I hear this all the time:

I want to meet new people. I want to enjoy my job more. I want to start a blog. I want to be a better writer. I want to start a business. I want to come up with a vision plan for the next 6 months. I want to challenge myself to eat better. I want to…

Tell me, what do you want to do?

And better yet, why aren’t you doing it?

The things I’ve done in my life so far have been because I took a deep breath, despite being scared, stepped forward and did it anyways. Because I said YES–HELL YES to things that scared me. Because I jumped at the chance for adventure.

It was through experimentation, experience, and commitment that I figured stuff out as I went. I will be a life-long learner and do-er.

What about you?

My favorite moments are when people write to me and tell me stories about how, inspired, they went and did something new. Changed up their schedule. Asked for a raise. Built a new project. Said hi to a few more people. Did ten pushups a day. These micro-actions, and the people we can become if we let ourselves take action–make me so happy.

I want to jump up and do handstands for everyone! (Wait, I do that all the time).

Inspired by the number of people that have written to me for help — and reached out to ask, “How do you do this?” — I want to invite two people to join me to START SOMETHING of their own.

Some of the things people have described wanting to do include:

  • Developing a workshop;
  • Building new skill sets;
  • Making your job something you enjoy more (I’ve done it!);
  • Rebranding yourself and your story;
  • Crafting a 6-month vision plan;
  • 30-days of writing or blogging challenge;
  • Taking on a new adventure;
  • Exercise experiments;
  • Starting a side project;
  • Discovering more about themselves and their passions;
  • Learning to listen to their inner voice;
  • Experimenting with new ideas;
I’m looking for people who are committed and willing to invest in themselves.

Together, for 4 weeks, we’ll work through phone calls, prompts and exercises for you to take action on your big scary project or dream. To figure out a way to change the current habits you have, and break out into new possibilities.

Don’t know what you want to do yet? We can tackle that, too. With encouragement, prodding, unveiling, and analysis, we’ll look into who you are and why you are where you are. And where you might want to go.

I want people who are inspired to take action. Talented, courageous souls who are looking to unlock their own potential. People who aren’t satisfied with what they are currently doing–and know that they can do more. People who are committed to taking a chance, and aren’t afraid to take risks.

I will work closely with you to discover your strengths, figure out what’s holding you back, and help create a space for you to grow and excel. Because it’s important to me that you succeed–that you and I work well together–I will be very selective about who is ready for this challenge.
